This aptly captures the exploits of this woman of substance, Mrs. Adenike Jennifer Emiola Iyiola, founder and president of Nigeria Professional Working Women.

Irked by the inadequate recognition of Nigerian professional women in the society, this noble woman, become a rallying point for Nigerian professional women from all walks of life.

According to her, “from the beginning, I have always been passionate about women empowerment, professionally, politically and socially. I strongly believed in a strong and collaborative power of professional women, and in making a positive impact on the future of our great country Nigeria.

 “As a result, I decided to invite women of like-mind to form the Nigerian Professional Working Women (NPWW), the premier of such organization in Nigeria. With the collective efforts of others and herself, NPWW has continued to grow with every passing day.

She further informed that “Nigeria Professional Working Women, is a great opportunity for all professional women, to finally realize their dreams, improve on already achieved goals, and to be a positive force in shaping the future of our great nation.

Mrs. Adenike’s Midas touch to any give assignment has turned the Nigerian Professional working Women into the largest and most recognized network of female executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs in Nigeria.   Presently, membership consists of more than two hundred thousand (200,000) women seeking greater opportunities to fulfill their professional and personal goals.

Her brilliant disposition in the area of management and strategic mobilisation skills succeeded in keeping at the front burner, the critical responsibilities of the Nigeria Professional Working Women, as a group entrusted with the fate of most professional women in Nigeria.

Thus, her ability to calibrate the interest of Nigerian women with that of Nigeria Professional Working Women as a woman passionately raying Nigerian women for a better society is her greatest achievements

She believed that rule of law, transparency, zero tolerance for corruption, security of lives and property, peaceful coexistence, freedom, good governance and indeed good governance should be pursued with limitless vigour.

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree in Land Surveyor. She has worked with prominent construction companies such as, Sageto Construction Company in Lagos, worked with Gilmor Engineering Nigeria Ltd, and Alora Engineering Company, all in Abuja.

She’s the founder of Adenike Charity Foundation (ACF), C.E.O of NIAKK International Business Limited, Chicago,IL. USA and Nigeria. She is also the C.E.O of NHH Solutions Limited, Nigeria, C.E.O of NIAD Construction Limited, Nigeria.

She believes that the forthcoming conference being put together by her group, titled Women in Leadership: Exploring new Frontier for Functional Professionalism, slated on 28th November 2018 would afford her the opportunity to spread her message and won more disciples.
