Fulani Herdsmen Kidnapped Uniben Students, Head of Dept

The Fulani Herdsmen has gone on rampage in Benin City the state capital as they kidnapped students including the Head of Department.
According to the report obtained from “inside Edo News “,the students where all from the department of Geology and mining of the university of Benin in Edo state where on academic excursion when the killer herdsmen swooped on them and took them to yet to be identify place.
The students and their lecturer who is the head of the department of Geology and Miming were said to have been kidnapped in igara one of the local government in the state.
As at the time of this report the news of the where about of the kidnapped students and their lecturer is yet to be known.
The illicit activities of raiding and kidnapping by the herdsmen has been on increase in the state of recent including the sister state  Delta state as many innocent citizens of the state and its environs have daily killed and sometimes kidnapped by the so call herdsmen who has of recent become terrorist and killing and kidnapping their host communities.
Those who speak to our reporter on the conditions anonymity calling on the state government to wake up to it responsibility and do something about the herdsmen before they committed more heinous crime.
