RIVERS State governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has sworn in Caretaker Committee Chairmen for the 23 Local Government Areas of the state.

The swearing-in ceremony was performed at the Executive Council Chambers of the Government House in Port Harcourt on Wednesday.
